Position Overview
As the first "voice" representing netTrekker, the Office Administrator plays a key role in creating a positive impression of the company. The Office Administrator's primary duties include handling all incoming phone calls, greeting guests and visitors, and performing a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the company's operations.
Key performance objectives listed in priority include:
- Serves as the initial point of contact to create a positive and lasting impression for clients and visitors.
- Serves as administrative support to the General Manager, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing and VP of Solutions Management & Development thereby freeing up their time so that they can focus on their key objectives.
- Serve as the corporate travel coordinator to provide cost-effective travel arrangements for the company.
- Serves as coordinator for general office items to ensure efficient office operations are maintained.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook), strong interpersonal skills in interacting with management, co-workers and customers, strong telephone and written communication skills required.
